By accessing or using the FSD Portal ("the Service"), operated by FSD Diamond House, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided as an internal and partner-facing portal for managing jewelry orders, invoicing, and related workflows. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only as authorized by FSD Diamond House.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Monday.com and our hosting provider. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.
All content, designs, and software in the Service are owned by FSD Diamond House or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSD Diamond House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
