Order & invoice data: commission details, CAD files, costing lines, approvals.
Integration tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens for Monday.com, stored securely and used only to perform actions you initiate.
Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Information

Provide and operate the Service.
Sync order data with Monday.com.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following sub-processors:

Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication, file storage).
Monday.com (order workflow integration).

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Integration tokens are deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.

6. Security

We use row-level security, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and least-privilege access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.

7. Your Rights
